Still Pinot Noir 2019

Description

This red wine is made from a special plot, in our Marlpit vineyard, of high quality Burgundy varietal Pinot Noir grapes. It has been fully fermented on the skins in order to extract the delicate fruit flavours of bright red and black fruits. It has been lightly oaked in French oak, to enhance the textures and flavours of the wine. On the nose there are fragrances of violets and hibiscus, this leads on to flavours of cranberry, raspberry, and cherry on the palate.
