Still White Chardonnay 2018

Description

We have chosen to style this Chardonnay to enhance the cool climate characteristics that this noble grape is well suited to convey. This is an unashamedly honest Chardonnay that does not have flavours of oak, nor the strong buttery notes that are often found in Chardonnay wines. It follows the style of Chablis rather than white Burgundy.

This wine is a young, fresh, and vibrant addition to the Charles Palmer still wine range.

It has flavours of pear, baked apple, white peach, with lime aromas. It is ready to drink now, and it also has great potential to lay down.
