Special Reserve 2012

Description

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this is a classic Blanc de Noirs. It has had 3 years on the lees, and 5 years in the cellar. This wine has a deep amber colour. It is very well developed and exhibits rich sumptuous flavours of ripe apricots, toasted almonds, with a biscuity character. Less than 25 bottles left. It is now tasting phenomenal and without doubt it’s been worth waiting for. Only one bottle per customer now as it’s nearly all gone.
