Flavours of honey, fig, and minerality with a lemon sherbet long finish. This wine is a 30% blend of our Pinot Noir and 70% of our Chardonnay grapes. It has spent 5 years on the lees. As served at Tommy Banks’ family restaurant The Black Swan.
